Facility Guide of Central Library

Browsing room (1st floor)

There are general books, including children's books, foreign language books, and magazines and newspapers. There is also a collection of CDs, DVDs, and other audiovisual materials. You can read any book on the shelves. Searching for materials, you can find through OPAC system either in the library or our home page. If you have further questions, please feel free to ask at the main service counter.
Narita city library helps you to promote reading, learning and knowing information what you need.

Reference room (2nd floor)

There is a variety of reference books and local materials as follows.

• Collected works, dictionaries, subject books, almanacs, manuals, white papers, reduced editions of newspapers, microfilms, topographical maps, aerial photographs, and telephone directories

• Local materials, administrative materials, and serial publications related to Narita City and Chiba Prefecture

These materials in reference rooms must only be used within the library.

What is more

• You can enjoy our CD or DVD collections using the players in Central library. Please apply for watching DVDs at the service counter on the first floor.

• On the second floor, there are meeting rooms, an audio-visual hall and an exhibition corner.
